![]() In the end I was able to keep it alive before the incubating time was over, but the last 30 minutes I had to Freeze/Switch Daedons/Freeze/Grab meat/Freeze and so on. Maniacly healing it with snow own, trying to minimize wasted seconds inbetween heals. I started to freak out, ended up throwing 5 Daedons out switching them, to heal the Giga without seemingly much effect. ![]() When checking hp-drops I saw it drop from 10k to 8k hp in seconds with 35minutes left on the timer! It started to drop like 100hp per second so I started to heal it intensively. After i harvest something and log out while it hasnt been respawned it somehow gets a really big no respawn radous so i have to set the radius slider to 0 and/or travel to the other end to the map to respawn my resources. (33kish Max HP) with now still 40 minutes on the timer! I started to worry greatly. I found out that it wasnt the resourcerespawn period timer which caused the problem. So I started to quite fanaticly heal the Giga. I had other things to tend to during that playtime.īut at 20% ish I stared to doubt a good outcome with the hp-drop, against the incubation-timer. It doesnt have a respawn timer when Im in the game though, but every time I start one up I have to wait that long to get into the game. I didnt bother checking the hp drops and outcome of this drop. I started healing my inpregnated Giga, with 0 levels and mutations in HP at 20%, 30% ish occasionally with the snow owl. Maybe this can be a general Rhyniognatah bugs and glitches threat.Īs I wonder what happened during my Pregnancy. Above that, the General Discussions gets more people to take a look at it even though it could get moved to the Bug-Sections of the forum. But sometimes to get an idea of what is actually going on, and get a better report to aid devs, its good to adress others who have experienced similar stuff. I had the same issue, a few of us went to counter raid on a center server, the rollback update happened when we was in the center server, we all transferred back but I was the only one with a thirty minute cool down timer, I decided to call it a night, logged on the following morning and still had the thirty minute. Why is that happening? Is resource respawn rate not controlling that? If so, then what does that setting even do? Or is the wiki wrong, and I should *increase* the slider instead of decreasing? I'm so confused right now.As regarding, the General Discussions isnt the site to go to. In effect, all my work is instantly an completely undone the moment I walk away. Archived This topic is now archived and is closed to further replies. Like, I can walk backwards away from the forest and literally see new trees pop in instantly the very second I get a certain distance away. The respawn timer was disabled for a friends server but every time we died it forced us to wait 20 to 30 minutes is there a way to fix this
 More sharing options. However, what I also noticed is that after trying to clear an aisle through a dense forest - I had trouble seeing well so I thought that brute force might help, lol - the trees respawn instantly. Especially rocks on the ground respawn extremely fast. I certainly have no troubles finding resources though. I also read that resources won't respawn near foundations at all, so it might simply be that. Though it's sometimes hard to judge because I am of course out and about exploring, and not babysitting a patch of grass and palm fronds. Now it does seem that resources near my base aren't spawning very fast. ![]() So, for example, if default tree spawn time is 5 minutes and we set ResourcesRespawnPeriodMultiplier to 0.5, then new respawn period will be 2.5 minutes. Less period means less time to spawn something. I had consulted the wiki, and it said that increasing the slider would increase resource respawns. At lower settings resources respawn faster in game. Because I want to make my mark on the world even as a single person (and be challenged a bit), I set the "Resource Respawn Period" slider all the way down to 0.1. ![]()
